Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Steaks
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat and Prep. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes. Pat pork steaks dry with a paper towel. Generously coat with a mixture of salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
  2. Air Fry. Place the seasoned pork steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375F for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (for medium) or up to 160°F for well done.
  3. Add Sauce. If you want to add Korean BBQ sauce (or any variety), brush it on during the last 2 minutes of cooking to let it caramelize.
  4. Rest & Serve. Let the steaks rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking to keep them juicy. Then garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, slice into bite-sized strips, and serve with your favorite sides for a family-friendly meal!
