Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 pound Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 14 ounces Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Method

  1. Combine the ingredients. Place the softened cream cheese, uncooked breakfast sausage, blueberry muffin mix, and maple syrup in a bowl. Use your hands to combine the ingredients completely.
  2. Add to muffin tins. Spray mini muffin tins with nonstick spray and fill them 3/4 of the way full with the muffin mixture. You can use a small cookie scoop to ensure they are a consistent size.
  3. Bake. Bake the muffins in an oven preheated to 350F for 22-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
  4. Serve and enjoy. Remove the muffins from the mini muffin tin and serve warm with a side of extra maple syrup for dipping!
