Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1/3 pound Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1/3 pound Sliced Salami
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Method

  1. Preheat and prep. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray for easy cleanup. Without separating them, slice the rolls in half horizontally to create a top and bottom slab. Place the bottom halves into the prepared dish.
  2. Layer the meats. Add even layers of salami and pepperoni so that you get a little bit of each flavor in every bite.
  3. Add the cheese. Layer sliced or shredded mozzarella over the meats for maximum melty goodness.
  4. Top it off. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  5. Make the butter glaze. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.
  6. Bake. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  7. Serve and enjoy! Slice along the roll lines and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
